| Delivery Delivery
All goods will be dispatched as swiftly as possible, and we aim to effect delivery
usually within 5 working days. However, if an item is out of stock this may
take a while longer, and we will notify you by e-mail if we are unable to
dispatch any item within 14 days. We will also, of course, contact you as
soon as possible in the event any item is unavailable.
Delivery Charges
UK delivery: up to 10Kg, £16.50; up to 20Kg, £22.00; up to 30Kg, £27.50;
over 30Kg, £33.00. Northern Ireland, Abroad, Timed delivery's including
Saturdays will be advised and charged as extra.
Delivery Address
We offer a professional delivery service. To achieve our greatest efficiency
we require full and concise addressing details. It is most important for
every order to contain the formal name of the recipient with title, plus
the fullest, normal address details. THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL IS THE ADDRESS
POSTCODE. We will also require a telephone number for the recipient.
We understand that by placing an order you are accepting the following terms
and conditions.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. United Kingdom
cheques are acceptable but no order will be dispatched until the cheque has
been cleared. All credit card details given over the Internet to this
site are encrypted. All personal details are securely protected in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1984.
We prefer that all orders are paid by credit card as it is fast
and easy. However, we supply many leading companies and local authorities
which prefer to pay us by BACS. In this case,
you may order online, and email or
fax a purchase order to 020 8893 9662. We will then send you an
invoice.
Prices
All prices quoted on our pages are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT
at the current rate of 15%. Any orders dispatched to customers outside
the EU will not be charged VAT (tax) and this will be automatically deducted
before billing.
Returns / Damaged goods
In the unlikely events of goods being received, which appear obviously, damaged
in transit. Especially where the packaging may be crushed. Please ask the
recipient, either not to accept the parcel or to sign for it as "Damaged,
unchecked" or "Damaged, unexamined". If this situation does
occur. Please contact us immediately at returns@modulardisplaysuperstore.co.uk or
telephone on: 020 8893 9661 (in either case within 48 hours or claims will not be accepted).
If goods are deemed unsuitable there is a 10% re-stocking charge and outward delivery charge (assuming goods are returned in 100% condition).
Complaints Procedure
Returned Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective
for reasons of faulty workmanship or materials. No goods will be
accepted
for return without prior agreement by email.
Returns Procedure:
1) Notify us immediately.
2) Return within 7
days of receipt.
3) All returned goods should be in both their
original condition & packaging. Upon return of STOCK items
you will receive either replacement goods, a refund or credit
minus the original carriage costs.
Replacement goods:
A a refund
or credit will not be given for NON STOCK items (personalised
to your own requirements) unless subject
to a quality issue. If goods are received damaged in transit
either not to accept the parcel or to sign for it as "Damaged,
unchecked".

Artwork:
If there are errors in the artwork supplied by the Buyer,Modulardisplaysuperstore
(knewimage ltd) can accept no responsibility for such errors. Visual
proofs may also be supplied where deemed necessary by the Seller.
No responsibility can be accepted where proofs are supplied and
any errors, whether by the Seller or customer are not corrected
by the customer at the time. Any design changes or alterations
to typefaces, layout or dimensions due to absence of explicit instructions
may be charged extra unless due to an error on the Seller's part.
Production will not commence without design approval and if this
is not received within three days of submission, dispatch of the
order may be affected.
Colour Matching:
Whilst every effort will be made to achieve a
commercially acceptable match, the technical problems involved
in ink manufacture and the effects of different media on the apparent
colour, the Seller cannot guarantee a perfect result. The buyer
must ask for a colour print proof (charged at £25) or swatch
(free) where colour is critical. Where colour proofs are ordered
the production time will be extended.
